Directions
Take 2 capsules 2 times a day with at least 10-12 oz of water and drink immediately. If you feel stomach discomfort, reduce the dosage by half. Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months for no more than 10 days at a time. For children between the ages of 6-12, halve the adult dosage.
