Directions
Women: take 2 tablets daily with food. For optimal absorption and all-day nutrient coverage, the daily dose may be divided between morning and evening. Children aged 12+: 1 tablet daily. Do not exceed the stated dose. Due to iron content, this product is not recommended for long term use by postmenopausal women.
