Ingredients
Melatonin 1 mg. Other ingredients water, glycerin,ethanol, tocofersolan, highly purified phospholipids, medium-chaintriglycerides, natural mixed tocopherols.
Directions
Take 1 pump by mouth. Hold in mouth 30 - 90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Store at room temperature, away from light.
