Directions
Take three tablets, two times daily with meals, or as directed by your doctor. If you find you become constipated when taking your Essential Nutrients, reduce your dosage to one capsule in the morning and one capsule in the evening, with food. When symptoms abate, increase your dosage to two capsules in the morning and two capsules in the evening, with food, slowly working your way up to the full dosage.
