Indications
Recommended Use: Take as a dietary supplement or as directed by your healthcare provider or trainer. Loading Phase (Day 1-5): One heaping scoop (approx 5 gram) of Creatine Monohydrate 4-6 times per day for the first 5 days. Individuals under 200 pounds,4 doses per day. Over 200 pounds 6 doses per day. Maintenance (Day 6-42): One heaping scoop immediately preceding or following exercise.
Ingredients
None. Contains no added milk, egg, peanut, tree nut, fish, shellfish, soy, wheat, gluten or yeast ingredients. This product is manufactured in a facility that processes other products that contain milk or egg.
Directions
Take 1 scoop (included) up to 5 times daily or as directed by your qualified healthcare provider. Please refer to Loading and Maintenance Phase supplementation below. Loading Phase (Days 1-5): 1 Scoop (approx 5 g) of creatine 4-6 times daily for the first 5 days.
